Justin E Harkelroad


Before launching The Standard Call Scoring platform, I spent over a decade building and running high-performing insurance agencies with Allstate. I started my first agency in 2007 and grew it into a $12 million book of business. Along the way, I learned firsthand how important structured processes and consistent accountability are to building a winning sales culture. That led me to create The Follow Up Tool, a CRM designed specifically to help insurance agents stay on top of leads and follow-through. We grew fast and ended up getting acquired by Lightspeed Voice in 2019.
Since then, I’ve been focused on coaching agency owners and their teams to think bigger, work smarter, and show up like professionals every day. I built The Standard Playbook to help leaders implement structure and raise the bar across sales, service, retention, and culture. The Call Scoring platform is an extension of that mission — a tool that brings clarity and consistency to the conversations that drive results. Outside of business, I’m a husband to Corina and a proud dad of three amazing kids. Whether we’re on the field for football, watching dance performances, or building video games together, my favorite title is “Dad.” Family comes first for me, and that belief shows up in how I coach others to lead their lives and their teams with purpose
